Neighborhood Legal Services Program (Nlsp)Posted by On

The Neighborhood Legal Services Program (NLSP) provides free legal advice to low-income residents of the District of Columbia in three neighborhood offices, including two east of the Anacostia River. We handle civil matters in the areas of housing, family law, domestic violence, charitable issues and barriers to employment. NLSP also advises on consumer law issues and connects clients with pro bono lawyers to draft wills and extended policies. NLSP offers different levels of support: advice and advice, short services and extended representation, including legal representation.
